• Payment terms are typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
• Custom or OEM orders may require different payment schedules

4.1 Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are FOB Guangzhou, China. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.1 Standard Warranty

Hontim products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipment, subject to:

• Proper installation, operation, and maintenance
• Use of recommended fluids and consumables
• Normal wear and tear exclusions
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

5.2 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund defective products.

6.1 User Responsibilities

Buyers and users are responsible for:

• Following all operating instructions and safety guidelines
• Ensuring proper training for equipment operators
• Complying with local safety regulations and venue requirements
• Regular maintenance and safety inspections

6.2 Regulatory Compliance

Our products meet CE and ROHS standards. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in their jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or similar losses
• Users assume all risks associated with product use

8.1 Our IP Rights

All product designs, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary information remain our exclusive property.

8.2 OEM/ODM Terms

Custom product designs developed under OEM/ODM agreements are subject to separate intellectual property terms specified in those agreements.

9.1 Standard Products

Returns of standard products may be accepted within 30 days, subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.

9.2 Custom Products

Custom or specially manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
